• 3. Place a cold cloth or mat on the wood before placing any hot item.
• 4. Wipe off with a clean dry cloth and at times followed by a semi-dry cloth but not very often.
• 5. Avoid rubbing the wooden material briskly in case of any spilling over it.
• 6. Don't drag the product from one place to another as it might cause weakening to joints. 7. Strictly, avoid placing chemicals over the wood surface.

The product comes with 3 years warranty which covers the following defects-

1. In case any damage is caused during shipping, the product will be applicable under warranty.

2. In case you receive a product different from the product picture, the product will be applicable under warranty.

3. In case, any scratch or cut happened during the manufacturing process, the product will be applicable under warranty.

4. In case, any part of the product is missing which is considered in the product details, the product will be considered for return and refund.

Few important points that are not considered under warranty-

1. If any damage is caused to the product during improper cleanliness method, the product will not be covered under warranty.

2. In case, any cuts or scratches happen due to any less appropriate action by the customer, the product will not be considered for warranty.

3. If the product is not given proper care as instructed, such as direct exposure to sunlight and heat is prohibited, then the product will not be covered under warranty.

4. In case the product has not been cleaned as instructed and caused the loss of luster, is also not considered under warranty.

5. In case of mishandling in assembly and the parts had been scratched or broken then it should not covered in warranty.
