1.1 Hunky Furniture Private Limited , with its registered address at 204 , Harsha Complex , F -17 , Subhash Chowk , Laxmi Nagar , Delhi -110092 (“Hunky”, “we”, “us” or “our”), manages and operates the mobile application/website www.hunky.in (referred to as the “Hunky”), facilitating the sale of furniture and related products (“Products”) to users of the Hunky (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

1.2 This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), combined with the Terms, outlines our protocols and procedures regarding the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Hunky Platform.

1.3 We offer shipping and delivery of Products throughout India. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience by collaborating with leading logistics service providers to ensure a hassle-free delivery process and timely receipt of ordered Products from the Hunky Platform.

1.4 By utilising the Hunky Platform and/or purchasing a Product, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Policy without alterations. We encourage you to review and comprehend this Policy each time you visit the Hunky Platform. If you disagree with the terms herein, it is advised not to use, access, or transact on the Hunky Platform.

TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

2.1 We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers to facilitate Product shipping and delivery (“Logistic Partners”). Estimated delivery timelines for the purchased Product from the Hunky Platform will be provided to you upon order confirmation. Additionally, we will share order details upon dispatch to the email ID and/or mobile number provided by you/registered with us. While we generally utilize Logistic Partners for Product delivery, we retain the right to ship and deliver Products independently without engaging Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.

2.2 While we strive to deliver Products across India, we may designate select areas as unserviceable for delivery. In such cases, we or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services. Notification regarding unserviceable areas will be provided during the order placement process on the Hunky Platform.

2.3 To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information such as your name, shipping address, and contact details. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to facilitate successful delivery. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays, and we disclaim liability for such occurrences.

2.4 We aim to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable after three delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a return process, with shipping and delivery charges deducted from any subsequent refunds.

2.5 While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays; however, we disclaim liability for any resultant claims or compensation requests.

2.6 We endeavor to engage delivery personnel and Logistic Partners with professionalism and integrity. However, we are not liable for any actions or omissions of delivery personnel or Logistic Partners. Any disputes between you and delivery personnel must be resolved independently.

2.7 Upon order placement, we hand over the purchased Product to our Logistic Partner, providing you with a unique tracking identity number for monitoring delivery status. While we make efforts to update tracking information in real-time, discrepancies may occur due to technical issues beyond our control.

2.8 We reserve the right to charge shipping fees, which may vary based on factors such as Product value and delivery location. These fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect Products, subject to our discretion.

2.9 Product returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners, in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
